Spiraldynamik®
An intelligent set of instructions from head to toe for moving in anatomically correct ways.
What is Spiraldynamik®?
Spiraldynamik® is an intelligent set of instructions from head to toe for moving in anatomically correct ways. The human body is built in spirals – from the path of the muscle chains, through the structure of the foot's arch, to the twist of the spine.
Unfavorable posture and movement patterns are identified and deliberately changed. With the Spiraldynamik® concept, you learn to move correctly in everyday life, at work or in sport – and get a better handle on your issues as a result.
Spiraldynamik® was founded by physiotherapist Yolande Deswarte and Dr. med. Christian Larsen. More information is available at spiraldynamik.com.
How I Use It
As a certified Spiraldynamik® specialist, I bring this knowledge into all of my classes – Pilates, ballet and personal training. When I correct your foot position in a group class, Spiraldynamik® is behind it.
You can also book a Spiraldynamik® lesson on its own. That's especially worthwhile when one specific issue is the main concern.
Typical Reasons for an Individual Lesson
- Foot and knee problems, hallux valgus, flat or knock-kneed feet
- Neck and shoulder pain from desk work
- Recurring back blockages
- Movement analysis for running, golf, tennis or dance
- Support alongside physiotherapy or osteopathy
A complement, not a replacement. Spiraldynamik® does not replace medical evaluation or therapy. It works best alongside other care – many of my clients come to it in parallel with physiotherapy or osteopathy.

A Lesson That Addresses Your Specific Issue
Briefly describe where it's stuck – I'll tell you whether an individual Spiraldynamik® lesson is the right approach, or whether we're better off starting with Pilates.
