My Path to Pilates
In March 2018 I decided to learn Pilates, starting with an "Anatomy Train" course addressing every muscle group. At the same time, I enrolled in the Faculty of Sport Science.
Sport has always been a fixed part of my life. As a child I competed in roller skating, and later devoted myself to swimming. Toward the end of my university studies, I developed a growing interest in the world of Pilates. That motivated me to pursue thorough, in-depth training in the field.
In June 2021, I began my journey with the Covatech Pilates school in Milan. After two years of intensive training and internships in studios in Milan and Naples, I was certified as a Covatech Pilates teacher in June 2023. Already during my training and internships, I started teaching Pilates and gathering valuable hands-on experience.

- January 2022 – June 2023 Pilates internship and work as a Pilates teacher

- 2016–2018 Athletics coach, certified by C.O.N.I.
- 2016 Educational work with people with disabilities at CRH ONLUS in Naples

My career shows that sport is, for me, not just a profession but a calling. Pilates in particular has become a passion that I love passing on to others.
