I came into contact with Pilates for the first time in 1997. At the time I was a dancer at the Zurich Opera House and had to take a break for three months due to a foot injury. I trained about three times a week in the first Pilates studio in Zurich. I will never forget the first ballet training after my injury: my muscles were stronger, more supple and my movements were more coordinated than ever. Since that day, Pilates has had a prominent place in my life.

Ciao Christoph Deine Tutorials & Breakdowns waren einer der Highlights von meinen Ferientage. Diese Tage waren halt leider zu kurz um alles auszuprobieren. Und für mich auch um einiges zu verstehen rsp. verbessern… Ich habe einigen Fragen aufgeschrieben, vll kann ich dir diese demnächst stellen. Aber schon mal herzliche Gratulationen: alles ist super gemacht. Daher habe ich gleich ein Jahresabo gelöst … Hoffentlich komme ich dadurch mehr zum Pilatieren… Happy new year!

Christoph is an amazing teacher who is very precise and super creative. I work with him since a year now and he often introduces new exercises so you never get bored. Christoph also often adapts our training to specifically strengthen the weaker parts of my body. I really like to work with him.
