Sound meditation is an experience in a group or individual setting that uses sounds to create a meditative state. It's almost an effortless way to achieve deeper meditation as the sounds help change our brain waves. By using rhythm and frequencies, we can cause our brain waves to shift normal consciousness into a meditative state. Scientific studies show that certain frequencies can cause changes in the autonomic, endocrine system. ich bin hyperaktiv und mein Geist kam nicht so leicht zur Ruhe. Doch das Thema Meditation begegnete mir immer mal wieder. In einer meiner Weiterbildungen h\u00f6rte ich immer wieder die Bemerkung, Meditation sei ein Geschenk, das man sich selber macht. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2fcee7b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2fcee7b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tMeine Neugier siegte \u00fcber meine Zweifel. Ich recherchierte intensiv und nahm bald darauf ein paar Privatstunden, um praktisch zu erfahren, wie Meditation geht. Denn ich wusste von Anfang an, dass ich der Sache genau auf den Grund gehen und lernen wollte, wie man sie konkret anwendet. Ich begann mit 5 Minuten, wechselte zu 7 Minuten und steigerte mich stetig. Mal klappte es besser, mal weniger. Aber ich kam voran. Und ich merkte, dass mich das Meditieren entspannte.\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d4843a6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d4843a6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Wendepunkt<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-da97a1b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"da97a1b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tNach einer Weile geschah etwas Bemerkenswertes: Meine Eltern, meine Schwester und eine nahe Freundin bemerkten eine klare Ver\u00e4nderung an mir \u2013 noch bevor ich sie selber so richtig wahrnahm. Konkret wurde ich ruhiger, resilienter und f\u00fchlte mich wohler mit mir. Vor allem aber legte sich meine Rastlosigkeit, der Grund, warum ich davor regelm\u00e4ssig Kinesiologie-Sitzungen gebraucht hatte. Ich wollte diese wunderbare Erfahrung nicht nur selber machen, sondern auch weitergeben.
