Zum Zentrum z\u00e4hlen der Beckenboden, das Zwerchfell, die Bauchmuskulatur und die tiefe R\u00fcckenmuskeln wie die Multifidus-Muskeln. Alle \u00dcbungen werden aus der starken Mitte (\u201eKraftquelle\u201c) heraus ausgef\u00fchrt.
